{"id":860,"date":"2023-04-28T18:51:07","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T18:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sandbox.eventovirtual.pt\/?post_type=projects&#038;p=860"},"modified":"2024-01-02T16:00:30","modified_gmt":"2024-01-02T16:00:30","slug":"winfocus2023","status":"publish","type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/sandbox.eventovirtual.pt\/explore\/winfocus2023\/","title":{"rendered":"WINFOCUS World Congress 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A robust and scalable virtual platform for a Medical Congress with 15.000+ attendees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The WINFOCUS World Congress is an event organiszed by the World Interactive Network Focused On Critical UltraSound (WINFOCUS), a scientific network committed to develop Point-of-Care Ultrasound practice, research, education, technology, and networking, addressing the needs of patients, institutions, services, and communities living in out-of-hospital and in-hospital critical scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With an expectation of over 15.000 registered attendees, the organisation looked at SHAKE IT to build a stable, personalised and flexible platform that could accommodate the particularities of this event, held in Antalya, Turkey, and broadcasted all around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY HIGHLIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>The event was to be broadcasted for 48 hours non-stop in 4 parallel rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions were spoken in more than 8 different languages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 100 side events all around the world could submit their photos to be added to a Share Wall included in the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The platform lobby was personalised to the look of the event, but also to include logos from sponsors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SHAKE IT provided 48-hour remote support in 3 shifts per day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A social feed using the congress hashtag was included in the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clock that was always visible that indicated the time in Antalya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Thank you Miguel, Klaus and M\u00e1rio for your amazing job.
